The city of Hollywood, Florida has many different appeals. The Hollywood Beach Boardwalk is a highly traveled area, thanks to the wide array of activities and venues that are available. Mom-and-Pop shops displaying tourist-favorite trinkets and souvenirs neighbor trendy outdoor cafes and sidewalk sandwich shops. Five miles of sun, sand, seagulls, seashells, and stores can all be found here within a few barefooted steps from one another. Many people choose to bike, skate, or jog along the Boardwalk morning, noon, or night, for the scenery is unparalleled any time of day.
If relaxation is on your to-do list, visit one of the numerous day spas located in Hollywood. The citizens of Hollywood love their day spas and hair/nail care establishments and after one visit you will understand why. Professional, passionate, and perfection can be expected from any of the many day spas that call Hollywood home.
For the guys that aren't really into the whole "spa thing", fret not! Relaxation for you is never far away either, as a wide assortment of golf and country clubs awaits you and your irons. Unwind on any of the beautiful greens that are refreshed with a blissful ocean breeze constantly.
Any area along the Florida coastline has served as inspiration to numerous artists, and Hollywood is no different. The plethora of vibrant art galleries present in this town leave little time for anything else if one wishes to explore them all. Browse through colorful collections and quaint seascapes created by local and regional artists at the gallery (or galleries) of your choice.

Obviously, you will want to sample a fabulous seafood restaurant given the proximity to the wonderful water that is the Atlantic Ocean, but other categories of restaurants have set up shop in Hollywood and have earned an equally respectable reputation. Regardless of what you're in the mood for, you will find it in this beachfront paradise.
